Shipping to the contiguous 48 states is included in all prices. If you are interested in shipping to AK or HI please contact us for a quote.

All products other than lights will be shipped via freight and will require someone to accept the delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery at residential addresses. For business addresses they will deliver during normal business hours without contacting prior to delivery.

Lights will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

All freight shipments must be properly inspected prior to acceptance and if the shipment is accepted with damage it must be noted on the bill of lading. If you feel the damage makes the product unacceptable, the shipment must be rejected. All damage claims must be filed with Tough Country and pictures of said shipment must be submitted to Tough Country. All freight damage claims must be filed by the purchaser or signer at the time of delivery. Purchaser must notify Tough Country within 48 hours of refusing shipment due to damage and filing a damage claim. Tough Country nor Bumpers Direct assumes any responsibility for freight damage or filing freight damage claims if product is accepted with no notation of damage. As Tough Country nor Bumpers Direct is the broker, Tough Country nor Bumpers Direct shall be responsible for filing claims with the carrier on your behalf. Once a claim is filed with the carrier, there is no guarantee of indemnification.
